Blog 8 A subject I enjoyed studying this semester

Hi everyone!

In the 8th blog and the last, I want to tell you about a subject I really enjoyed this semester.

This subject is an elective and is called: Design Sketching for industrial Designers. I wanted study this subject three semesters ago, because has much demand, but finally this semester the system allowed study.

This elective is about Conceptual Drawing of objects and Ideas, We are learning about technical drawing and build design proposals.

In the Industrial Design, is very important to know how represent the functions and characteristics of objects. Also the form of use and geometry of a product.

The main contents are:

-         Sketching techniques freehand and with instruments.

-         Construction systems

-         Explore shapes in perspectives

-         Composition strategies

I was interested in this subject because I want to enhance my skills in the area of drawing and learn to communicate with them. In addition, in the next semester I want to continue with 3D design subjects, so I have to continue learning about Design Sketching and after I know the world digital sketching.
